Have used Trident for years and have always had excellent service....4 days before Christmas, my heat stopped working and Sean had someone at my house immediately. Tristan has serviced my home many times in the past, he is always professional, courtesy and knowledgeable...always explaining everything in detail. Tristan had the problem figured out in under 10 min, fixed the problem and heat was restored. I highly recommend Trident and if you need service (ask for Tristan) Thanks to Sean & Tristan, I have heat for Christmas !! I would not think of using anyone else for my cooling/heating needs.

Great company and service. They came out the day after I called about an odd smell with the furnace and immediately identified the issue. They advised me how to handle it until it could be replaced the next week. System replaced and worked fine but one small item caused it to stop later that evening. They came back, that same evening, and made sure it was working. Great company and service. Will definitely be using these guys again!

I did my due diligence and got three quotes for my HVAC upgrade project and two things definitely stood out: most AC companies are similar in price, but some push the upsell hard. I hired Trident Mechanical because the owner of the company came to my home and reviewed the details of my project with me. He explained how he would install my new system and wasn’t trying to push any upsell. He knew the answer to all of my questions and I felt like I was dealing with a straight shooter.

I expect anyone I hire to get to the point and not dance around trying to make more money off of me, as if I am too stupid not to see through the ruse.

I highly recommend Trident Mechanical for any HVAC project - do your own due diligence with your multiple quotes, but when honesty and professional results matter, Trident Mechanical stood above the rest.
